Casa D'Irene Deluxe Hotel, Falasarna

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were cozy and modern, located conveniently near the reception. The service was outstanding, with the staff always ready to assist and offer valuable tips. The location was great for exploring the western side of Kreta, close to beautiful beaches. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a superb experience with excellent value for money.

The hotel is situated behind a factory building, in a cluster of houses, offering a nice location to relax, especially suitable for visiting the different attractions on the western side of Crete. However, having a car is necessary to make the most of the area. The rooms are super modern and comfortable, featuring large beds, spacious bathrooms, and big TVs with Netflix. Despite the great room features, some details like window blinds, cisterns, toiletries, and kitchenware were missing. The service provided, especially at the rooftop restaurant, is top-notch, with the staff always willing to assist and sharing valuable island tips. Although not close to the sea and the restaurant area, the location is ideal for exploring Falassarna and other attractions; however, a car is recommended for convenient access. The dining experience is exceptional, offering a buffet with a wide variety of options, including fresh orange juice and local products. The facilities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and modern, equipped with all the necessary amenities, but the proximity to the bar and the 'infinity' pool made the area slippery due to water splashing. The check-in process was quicker than usual, which was convenient.
